Connections after conversion were failing because the process of configuring a node would result in the config reference of I'm quite conflicted on the location of this change. The current fix for this is functional, but not great |

EDIT: Resolved by directly applying the node callbacks, which don't take args. |
Copying a subgraph which contains primitive nodes would cause the primitives to fail to initialize. This was caused because they did not have their `onGraphConfigured` and `onAfterGraphConfigured` callbacks applied. There's already a copy of `forEachNode` in `@/utils/graphTraversalUtil.ts`, but the method is small and I want to avoid litegraph referencing outside code.
